Awareness is the first step to remembering your true self.
This conversation may bring awareness of how your unconscious reel may be keeping you stuck in separation when you are craving connection.
This story circle may be the catalyst for deepening your awareness of and connecting to your true self and for a new story to begin its emergence.
When the energy generated by these circles is embodied, the process of unraveling the old and birthing the new continues simultaneously.

A Participant’s Refection
Participating in Katharina's ‘Remember Your True Self’ Story Circle was incredible. She created a safe space for the participants to reflect, dig deeper, and move forward in a calm and supportive way. She was able to explain the constraints and the freedoms that are commonly experienced by women today. I felt seen, heard and at the end of the circle stronger and more peaceful. Organizing A Story Circle
These Story Circles are initiated by women who are choosing to rise in their soul power and generate change. They invite their circle of women to gather at a location of their choice. Story Circles are offered in person in the Halifax, Nova Scotia area. Otherwise, virtual circles connect women living elsewhere in our magnificently magical world. Whether in person or virtually, a sacred space is created to hold the stories.
