  • If you choose to correspond with me (Katharina) through email, I may retain the content of your email messages together with your email address and my responses. This will also apply when you sign up through any of the forms on my website, using your email address, booking a session, purchasing a package or a workshop. 

  • I am committed to keeping your e-mail address confidential. I do not sell, rent, or lease my subscription lists and will not disclose your email address to any third parties. 

  • All emails sent from me will clearly state my name, Katharina Reed. If you wish to no longer receive my event updates or blog posts you can opt out by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the email.

Individual Session Payment Policy

Payment is made in full when you book an individual ‘Birth Your True Self” session.


Package Payment Policy

Payment is made in full when you purchase the ‘ Birth Your True Self Package’.


Workshop and Circle Payment Policy

Payment is made if full when you register for the workshop or circle.

Session Cancellation Policy

I require 24 hours notice for cancelling a scheduled session. If the session is cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, the fee will not be refunded. You can re-book your session up to 24 hours before your session with no loss of payment. 

Workshop/Circle Cancellation Policy

These policies have been put in place to serve the highest good of all when life unfolds in a way that was not planned.

  • All in-person workshops and circles will be confirmed to proceed no later than 14 days prior to its scheduled starting date.

  • All on-line events will be confirmed to proceed no later than 48 hours prior to its scheduled starting date.

  • Workshop and circle registration is confirmed when full payment has been received from a participant.

  • If the event that the workshop is cancelled by Katharina, all confirmed participants will be notified immediately and receive a full refund.

  • If a participant chooses to cancel their confirmed registration, or cannot or does not attend the workshop or circle, the following will apply:

    • Regarding an in-person workshop or circle, if notice is received 15 or more days from the scheduled starting date, a full refund refund will be offered.

    • Regarding an in-person workshop or circle, if notice is received 14 days or less from the scheduled starting date, no refund will be offered.

    • Regarding an online workshop or circle, if a participant cancels less than 48 hours before the scheduled time of the event, no refund will be offered.

    • Regarding an online workshop or circle, if a participant cancels more than 48 hours before the scheduled time of the event, a full refund will be offered.
